I WISH YOU Just ENOUGH
Recently I read an article about the phrase “I wish you just enough.” The story was about a mother and daughter saying a heartfelt, emotional good-bye to one another at an airport. The mother was very old and both women knew that this might be their last opportunity to tell each other the things they most wanted to say. Both chose to say to one another, “I love you and I wish you just enough.” When asked about the phrase “I wish you just enough,” the mother replied that is was a phrase that had been handed down in her family for generations. She explained, “When we say ´I wish you just enough´ we wish for those we care about to have a life filled with just enough to make them happy.”
“For example, I wish you just enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you just enough rain to appreciate the sun.
I wish you just enough challenge to keep your spirit strong.
I wish you just enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you just enough gain to satisfy your needs.
I wish you just enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish you just enough happy hellos to get you through your sad good-byes.”

THE MAJOR KEY TO YOUR BETTER FUTURE IS YOU
by Jim Rohn
Of all the things that can have an effect on your future, I believe personal growth is the greatest. We can talk about sales growth, profit growth, asset growth, but all of this probably will not happen without personal growth. It’s really the open door to it all. In fact I’d like to have you memorize a most important phrase. Here it is, “The major key to your better future is YOU.”
Let me repeat that. “The major key to your better future is YOU.” Put that someplace you can see it everyday, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, at the office, anywhere where you can see it everyday. The major key to your better future is YOU. Try to remember that every day you live and think about it. The major key is YOU.
